Polysolar is delighted to announce we are currently undertaking a investment round on Crowdcube

This year we’ve decided the time is right to accelerate the growth of our business. For those of you that know us and have supported us over the past few years, we have been pioneering the development our transparent glass technology in the build environment and the climate is now right to accelerate the commercial application.

We’ve seen a shift in the market place and the commercial interest in applying our BIPV technology to buildings and infrastructure, not as part of any subsidised scheme, but as a long term sustainable building material that generates clean renewable energy to realise zero carbon buildings.

We are now specified by many of the world's leading architectural practices on project around the globe and are looking to expand our capacity and systems capabilities to deliver both world class products and services.

Our huge success with the LG Eco-City garden at this year's CHelsea Flower Show, a large pipeline of prestigious commercial and domestic projects, and a growing interest within the construction industry reaffirms our decision to fund the company for growth.

Many of our associates, customers, friends and family have asked us about investment over the years, so now that opportunity is finally here.  We are partnering with the Crowdcube platform to manage this funding process and are inviting you to take part, we would love you to participate, just follow our private link below:

Also, most countries in the world including the UK and the rest of Europe are embracing equity crowdfunding as a progressive way of allowing individuals to invest in the businesses they believe in, and thus support innovative Companies to start and to grow. However, regulations relating to equity crowdfunding are a little more complicated in the USA, Canada and Japan, so if you're resident in one of those countries get in touch with us directly.

If you're a UK tax payer, under the Enterprise Investment Scheme (EIS), you may be able to claim income tax relief of 30% of the cost of the shares in which the investment is made, as well as possible Capital Gain Tax advantages. More information can be found on the Crowdcube website.

We would like you to join us in this exciting phase of the company’s growth.
